These Terms cover browser stories, local previews and exports only. Native app AI services, accounts and Apple purchases have separate terms.
1. Website agreement and operator

These Terms cover only the browser concept experience. By using it you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the website privacy policy; discontinue use if you disagree. Users must be at least 13, and users below the age of legal majority need a parent or guardian’s permission. The native app has separate app terms.
2. Local concept experience
The website offers authored character stories, local portrait previews and available export features. AI generation, account registration and purchases are not currently connected. A preview, saved story or export start does not establish creation of an AI image or video. Website data stays in the current browser, without a promise of synchronization or recovery on another device.
3. Content, permissions and sharing
You retain your existing content rights. Select only adult portraits you are authorized to use, with copyright, likeness and privacy permissions required by law. You permit the website to process selected content locally in your browser for requested previews and exports; local processing does not submit a portrait to us for server AI generation.
Saving and sharing remain subject to your rights, applicable law and third-party restrictions. Classical mythology and historical literary concepts do not grant rights to modern adaptations, actors’ likenesses, trademarks or other protected works. Original website content does not license third-party works or guarantee clearance for every commercial use. Do not present fictional scenes as authentic recordings.
4. Use rules
Do not infringe copyright, privacy or likeness rights; use child portraits; create sexual content involving minors or non-consensual sexual imagery; impersonate, defraud, harass, threaten or distribute unlawful content; evade safety controls; or interfere with website security or operation. We may restrict access to enforce these rules, protect people and the service, or comply with law, with notice and review options where required.
5. Availability and responsibility
You or your browser may clear local storage. Save exported files you want to keep separately. We may change, suspend or discontinue features for operational, security or legal reasons, with notice where required. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Governing law, updates and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections under the law of your residence and any right applicable law gives you to bring a claim in a local court or other forum. Contacting support@vivarium-legal.com to seek a resolution does not waive statutory rights or deadlines.
Revised Terms will be published here with an updated date and notice of material changes where required. Native app Apple purchases, subscriptions and credits use the app purchase terms.
