Privacy Policy

1. Operator and website scope

Character Studio is operated by Jolly Bhagat, an individual based in India. Email: support@vivarium-legal.com. Postal address: Jolly Bhagat, New Grain Market, Kothi No. 6, Khasra No. 9, Opposite Market Committee, Patiala 147004, Punjab, India.

This policy covers only the browser concept experience at getcharacterstudio.com. The website offers authored stories and local previews; AI generation, account registration and purchases are not currently connected. Native iOS uploads, AI processing, accounts and App Store purchases have a separate app privacy policy.

2. Portraits, stories and favorites in your browser

An optional portrait stays in the open page’s memory; the website does not upload it, and closing or reloading clears it. Stories, favorites and preferences stay in this browser’s site storage until removed or cleared. Local previews do not mean AI generation has occurred, and do not provide recovery on another device.

Downloaded posters and other exported files are separate copies you manage. Clearing site data does not delete downloaded files or native app data.

3. Optional Meta website measurement

Measurement is off until you select “Allow measurement.” Where the feature is enabled and you allow it, Meta may receive page visits, role views, a successfully saved local story or the start of a PNG export, together with the request’s IP address, browser information and a Meta ad click ID present in the landing URL. Events exclude your portrait, actor name, written lines, story text, search words and payment information. An export start does not confirm that a file was saved.

The website service retains its consent receipt, event identifiers and delivery state, and optional click context for at most 24 hours. Your browser choice lasts up to 30 days. Privacy choices lets you turn measurement off and remove that context. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep it off. You can use the experience without allowing measurement.

Requests already sent to Meta cannot be recalled; see Meta’s Privacy Policy. These periods describe website measurement context only, and do not establish retention for hosting logs, support records, the native app or AI media.

4. Hosting, security, support and international processing

Cloudflare provides website and website API hosting and delivery. Opening pages and using APIs may involve hosting and security processing of IP addresses, browser information and request records to deliver and protect the service. If you contact support, we process the messages and details you choose to send to answer your request.

These legal pages load only local CSS, with no advertising or analytics scripts. Ordinary hosting and security requests still occur. We and our providers may process information outside your country, using safeguards required by applicable law. Information may be disclosed to meet legal obligations, protect people and the service, or in a business transfer subject to applicable protections.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on performance of the requested experience, legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, legal obligations, and consent for optional measurement. Hosting, security and support records are retained as needed for their purposes and legal obligations; this policy does not promise one deletion deadline for all records.

5. Deletion, choices and rights

Clear getcharacterstudio.com site data in your browser settings to remove stored stories, favorites and preferences. Close or reload the page to clear the portrait in page memory. Turn off optional measurement through Privacy choices.

For access, correction, a copy, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent where available, contact support@vivarium-legal.com with “Character Studio website” in the subject. We may need limited details to identify the correct request and protect information; do not send passwords, tokens or private portraits. Rights depend on your location and legal exceptions, and we respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may request a review or complain to your local data protection authority where available.

6. Age, changes and contact

The experience is for people aged 13 or over; users below the age of legal majority need a parent or guardian’s permission. Select only adult portraits you have permission to use. Contact support@vivarium-legal.com if you believe children’s information was provided contrary to these rules.
