1. Website experience support

This page helps with the browser concept experience at getcharacterstudio.com. The website currently uses authored stories and local previews; AI generation, account registration and purchases are not connected. For native app creation tasks, accounts, Restore Purchases and subscriptions, use iOS app support.

2. Saving, exports and browser data

Stories and favorites stay in this browser’s site storage. The optional portrait stays only in the open page’s memory and clears on closing or reloading. Browser cleanup, private browsing or switching devices may make local data unavailable. Use available export controls to save results you want to keep and confirm the file downloaded; an export start does not establish completion.

To remove saved website data, clear getcharacterstudio.com site data in your browser settings. This may remove stories, favorites and preferences; it does not delete downloaded files or native app data.

3. Privacy choices

Use Privacy choices to turn off optional Meta measurement and remove website measurement context. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also keep it off. The experience remains available without measurement. See the website privacy policy for details.

4. Contact support

Email support@vivarium-legal.com with “Character Studio website” in the subject. Include your browser/version, device type, attempted action and a non-sensitive error message. Do not send passwords, verification codes, sign-in tokens, card information or private portraits/videos. If media is needed, wait for a verified secure submission method.

Privacy requests can use the same address. We review requests without promising a fixed response time.
